Convert Diesel Truck to Diesel Natural Gas Truck - ECU
ECU is the control unit of convert diesel trucks to diesel natural gas system.
The ECU can read internal parameters and fault codes of dual-core gas ECU system by connecting with PC. System has the automatic line calibration by itself and the correction etc, by entering into the signal to realize all kinds of work conditions numerical ratio control, fuel and pulse width by value adjustment for gas metering unit time jet gas, the fuel meter measure to achieve accurate control, can make diesel state normally work condition and gas mechanic state than the proportion of cases. It has pure diesel fuel. Gas automatic switching function, better improve the high safety and simplicity. Built-in OBD diagnostic function, real-time display and automatic correction of each parameter and internal threshold value, through feedback closed-loop control can avoid gas data error debugging.
1. The electronic control board is responsible for monitoring the natural gas pressure in the gas cylinder, responsible for the throttle pedal position sensor, speed sensor, intake pressure sensor, injection pulse width correction, exhaust temperature sensor, coolant temperature sensor and other monitoring;
2. The electronic control board regulates the frequency and duty ratio of the jet valve set to ensure proper pressure in the cylinder;
3. The electronic control board can control the cut-off valve to restore the original vehicle fuel control system when the original vehicle system or pressure or other abnormalities are collected;
4. Electric control board control oil limit valve to control fuel consumption;
5. The electronic control board obtains the driver's power demand according to the accelerator pedal position sensor and collects various data, and obtains the current operating condition of the car;
6. The electronic control board conducts strategy analysis according to fuel consumption, driver's power demand and current operating conditions, adjusts the frequency and duty cycle of injection valve group to obtain the optimal air-fuel ratio and power output;
7. The electronic control board collects and monitors the real-time pressure of gas cylinder displayed by the gas pressure sensor in real time, and provides an alarm in abnormal state;
8. The remote positioning monitoring terminal built in the electronic control motherboard collects the data of the tail gas monitoring sensor and uploads it to the server. The running position, track and tail gas emission can be monitored in real time through the Web terminal or APP.
